BAREFOOT BOWLS:
If you are looking for a unique and fun way to spend time with friends, family or work colleagues then a barefoot bowls experience at Essendon Bowls Club is a must do. And where better to tick off this bucket list experience than at the ‘home of barefoot bowls’.
Anyone can play. No matter how young or old, we’ll get you on the greens and have you bowling in no time. It is ideal for work parties, corporate events, team building or having fun in the sun with friends or family.
Make your special function at the Club even more special, and memorable, by including barefoot bowls for your guests. You can be sure they will remember it for many years to come.
COMMUNITY CHALLENGE:
- An introductory social lawn bowls competition made up of teams from the community – family groups, friendship groups, work place colleagues, school groups etc.
- No previous lawn bowls experience necessary – all equipment provided
- Held over 4 consecutive Wednesday evenings in February and November.

OFF-SEASON SOCIAL BOWLS:
Essendon Bowls Club also hosts post season social bowls on a Saturday afternoon during the off-season while the greens remain open. For further information, contact us.
